Yelena & Paul’s fully outdoor wedding was the night of dreams! We connected with them when they postponed their wedding due to Covid and helped them through the last stretch of their planning to coordinate their wedding day.

Yelena is Russian and we wanted to have a nod to her Russian heritage through the reception. One of the traditions from Russia is taking a shot when the toasts are done (they actually take one for each toast, but we didn’t want to press our luck). We were able to have a single shot passed around with guests making a choice between vodka or champagne to celebrate the newlyweds. It was a huge hit and we always love these very intimate traditions that are part of the storytelling for our couples.
