Never worry about if the place settings are set out just the way you planned. We’ll take care of all of the behind the scenes details so you can be present in your moment. The wedding day management package is a full wedding coordination package that begins 10-12 weeks out from your wedding day and includes comprehensive agenda planning, unlimited consultation via email as well as full day of service from setup to breakdown.

Upon booking

  • Wedding planning portal with step by step guidance, best practices & more

  • Vendor recommendations 

  • 1 hour timeline assessment to help set up a basic timeline for more accurate planning 

10-12 weeks before the wedding

  • 1.5 hour agenda planning session (video call)

  • Detailed timeline planning 

  • Detailed decor plan

  • Detailed floor plan

  • Vendor contract & responsibilities review

3-6 weeks before the wedding

  • Final walkthrough at the venue 

  • Any timeline / floor plan / decor updates as needed

  • Contact all vendors via phone or email to confirm final details and timeline

1 week before the wedding

  • Provide final timeline & floor plan to all vendors 

Rehearsal & Wedding day

  • 1 hour for coordination of rehearsal

  • 10 hours on wedding day for Lead Coordinator + Assistant

  • Cue & assist vendors, wedding party and couple to keep timeline moving forward through setup, ceremony, and reception

  • Distribute and pin all personal flowers

  • Oversee set-up according to couple specifications

  • Distribution of final payments & gratuities

  • Loading of gifts and personal items into designated vehicles

  • Oversee breakdown/clean up of event

  • Use of wedding emergency kit
