Small Wedding & Elopement

Want to elope with a few VIP guests and still want that extraordinary experience? You don’t have to settle or do it all yourself. We have a package that’s perfect for small groups or elopements – with fantastic vendors and a package shared among other couples, you get to have your cake and eat it too.

What does the day look like?

  • Each couple will get a 2.5 hour time slot with the following general outline

  • Portrait time (30 minutes)

  • Ceremony (20 minutes)

  • Toasts (20 minutes)

  • Cake cutting

  • First dances (10 minutes)

  • Mingling & celebration with food and drink (~40 minutes or remaining time)

What’s included?

  • Up to 20 guests (this may vary along with government restrictions)

  • Venue & Catering – Chateau Bellevue

  • Appetizers, customized to align with the time of day of your event. Includes fruit / cheese tray and customized station options for your time of day.

  • Non-alcoholic drinks such as water, tea, or coffee

  • Batched alcohol option (think white wine sangria)

  • Cocktail tables & family style table

  • Photographer – Experienced photographer to capture your couple portraits, and the intimate occasion

  • Floral – Bridal bouquet and boutonniere for you to take home (some customization allowed)

  • Floral – Simply beautiful centerpieces and decor split with other couples

  • Music – Professional DJ & equipment for ceremony, cocktail reception, and toasts

  • Cake  – A beautiful bridal cake for your cake cutting and to feed your guests

  • Videography – Live stream of ceremony with a link for you to replay it later

Where will my ceremony be?

Chateau Bellevue offers a few different options for your ceremony depending on your guest count.

The outside courtyard or the historic parlors are absolutely perfect for intimate ceremonies. This also means that we have a great backup plan if it’s warm or rainy on your wedding day.

What does it cost?

Right now, we have estimated that it’s between $4,000- $4,500 depending on the number of couples for that day. The more couples we have for that date, the more everyone saves!

When would this happen?

We are aiming for dates starting in mid-May and carrying through the end of June. We may add or shorten this timeframe based on the government mandates that we are required to follow.

Are there any additional options?

Yes! You’re welcome to add prints to photography, additional highlight video or other additions to your videography, customizations or additional flowers, hair and makeup and so much more!

What if I already have contracts with vendors that I want to use instead of your vendors?

We are likely going to add “bring your own vendor day,” but are not offering that just yet. These will likely be for weekday weddings or if we can add you into a fully booked day at the beginning or end of the day (think morning or after dark wedding). We’re still working on this concept, and are not rolling it out at this time.
