Lindsay + Rachelle

Mercury Hall, Austin

Lindsey and Rachelle got married on New Years Eve and nailed the theme! With a gold and black theme, they brought “time” (specifically midnight) and family together for a celebration that will always be remembered.

We paid heed to all details, and set all non-functioning clocks to midnight to drive home their theme. Their eclectic, non-floral design was perfect for their NYE experience!

Lindsay and Rachelle got married in an evening ceremony, after dark, with light provided by the string edison bulbs hanging above them and they absolutely radiated. Their guests (with champagne in hand) enjoyed celebrating throughout the ceremony in into the night!

To welcome their guests to the reception (and to get the party started) they assigned guests to their tables with a memorative shotglass. Guests were able to take a shot, the flag indicated their name and table, and the shotglass had Lindsay & Rachelle’s names and wedding date that the guests were able to keep as a gift.

Michelle’s Patisserie did an amazing job on the cake! With the clock striking midnight, it was such a fun experience to do the cake cutting to reveal the rainbow inside!

What is a New Years Eve wedding without a kiss at midnight?

Congratulations Rachelle & Lindsay!
