Behind the scenes

Megan and Dan had a beautiful vision for their wedding day. They wanted a small, intimate ceremony and dinner with a full-blown blast of a dance party afterward with all their friends and family. So – we worked together to orchestrate how the different locations would flow for the intimate family events into a 200 person dance party at The Sunset Room.

It was absolutely perfect! From the antique car to get them to and from each location, to the Mariachi band addition into the middle of the dance party, we were able to make sure that they got to have their intimate moments along with the drinks, desserts, and dancing of the reception.
